If we fail to deliver your goods within these parameters, you retain full statutory rights to cancel your order for a complete monetary refund.

To complement our premium service standards, we partner with top-tier UK domestic courier services (including Royal Mail Tracked, DPD, and DHL Express) to ensure safe, traceable, and pristine delivery of your luxury garments.
We offer two distinct delivery tiers for all orders within the United Kingdom:

Business Days: Please note that delivery timeframes refer strictly to business days, which exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays.

Order Processing: Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time, or over the weekend, will be processed on the following working business day.
2. Full Tracking & Despatch Notification
Transparency is fundamental to the Asthropolis experience. Every single shipment dispatched from our fulfillment network is assigned a dedicated tracking asset.

Once your luxury order has been packaged and handed over to the designated carrier, a formal Despatch Confirmation Email will be sent to your registered address.

3. Delivery Conditions & Sign-off Requirements
Due to the premium value of our tailoring and apparel, all packages delivered by our courier partners require a secure hand-off.

Signature Required: To safeguard your purchase against theft or loss, a physical signature or valid digital proof of delivery at the designated shipping address is required for all orders.

Unattended Deliveries: If you request our courier partners to leave your package unattended (e.g., in a "safe place" or with a neighbour), Asthropolis is legally absolved of any subsequent liability for loss, damage, or theft of the parcel.
4. Missed Deliveries & Non-Collection
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a missed delivery card with dynamic instructions on how to arrange a complimentary re-delivery or locate the local holding depot.

Holding Window: Packages are generally held at local sorting facilities for a statutory period of 10 to 14 days.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to non-collection, inaccurate shipping parameters provided by the buyer, or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to deduct any secondary return handling costs incurred from your final refund.
5. Delays & Unforeseen Disruption
While we make every administrative effort to meet our strict delivery estimates (5–12 business days for Standard, 5–8 business days for Express), occasional delays may occur due to adverse weather, industrial action, or national logistical bottlenecks.
